Before NFTs can be explained, what is the meaning of fungible. “Fungible” is something that can be easily exchanged for another object within the same asset class. Fungible describes a good that can be directly replaced or traded for the same asset or good. For example, the US Dollar and Bitcoin are both fungible. You can exchange one bitcoin for one bitcoin and each would hold the same value. Non-fungible describes a good that cannot be readily traded for another good within the same asset class. Future reward programs will tie physical real estate into the NFT ownership by holding physical title of the property after purchasing the NFT. These rights will be reserved only for the gold, silver and bronze coin holders.
The value of the NFT will be determined by the open market, independent of Cuatro Ceibas Holdings, however aggressive marketing strategies will be implemented and benefit early Cuatro Ceibas NFT investors as the program develops.
For the top tier Cuatro Ceibas NFT rewards, holders will have voting rights in the company and the lower tiers are designed specifically for use by the local community. The community membership NFTs provide access to the private country club from day use to wellness packages. 4C NFTs are transferable, sellable on the secondary market and willable. As the value of the NFT collection increases, so does the value of a holder’s NFT.
